So, I created a ReadyBoost drive for My Hard drive - formatted using NTFS on a 16gb 3.0 USB Drive dedicating the device to ReadyBoost. (So far I think I've done it right only I do see the drive as showing up as Red in My PC Profile - I hope that won't make a difference .)
